Particulars:
The successful candidate will retain a 1.0 FTE (100%) term position as a High School Recovery Learning Teacher at Roseau Valley School. Roseau Valley is a Kindergarten-Grade 12 school with 220 students, located in Dominion City, Manitoba. The term for this position will commence September 7, 2021 and conclude June 30, 2022. The job will involve engaging and transitioning students returning to in-class learning, as well as a multi-grade approach to instruction. Supporting the whole child will be a critical mindset for this position. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, can work as an effective team member in a K-12 school setting and has the ability to connect with diverse groups of students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Preference will be given to a teacher with related teaching experience
Salary and Benefits:
The compensation package for this position is in accordance with the collective agreement between Border Land School Division and the Border Land Teachers’ Association of the Manitoba Teachers’ Society.
