Particulars:
There are two Educational Assistant positions available at Roseau Valley School (RVS); a Permanent Educational Assistant position and a Term Educational Assistant position, both working 6 hours (includes supervision) per day. Both positions will commence as soon as possible and the term position will end June 30, 2026. RVS is a K-12 school with 200 students, located in Dominion City, Manitoba. We are looking for individuals with the ability to work well under direction and as members of a team. A passion for working with students with special needs, which may include learning disabilities, behavioral, emotional and/or medical concerns, is essential for this position.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with children
- Educational Assistant Certificate is considered an asset (but not essential)
Salary and Benefits:
The compensation package for these positions is in accordance with the Border Land School Division Support Staff Compensation Agreement and the Agreement between Border Land School Division and Educational Assistants.
