The Public Schools Act 42.3(3) indicates – “Consent of adult pupil”
The school board shall not disclose to a parent the pupil file of his or her child who has attained the age of majority without first obtaining the consent of the pupil.”
As such, the following form will be completed by every student upon their 18th birthday.
Every school will communicate to parents that this form is in use.
